The position can be occupied by two part-time staff either in full time or in the course of a qualified job sharing.

Processing of creditor accounting Preparation and settlement of weekly payment transactions Processing of current banking business transactions Processing of travel costs and credit card bills Support for plant and debitor accounting Intercompany votes Accounting of cash accounts Regular account adjustments Documentation Workflows and Processes Support in the creation of individual financial statements according to HGB Support in the continuous improvement of existing processes.

A successfully completed commercial training (ideally training on the financial account holder) or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant experience in financial accounting A high level of sense of responsibility and autonomy Careful and structured operation Good user knowledge of Microsoft D365 Dynamics Solid knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PP) Safe German and English in Word and Writing An open and trusted personality who likes to work in a small team
