Your mission: You are responsible for managing a team of professionals. Together with your team, you plan the supply networks and systems in close coordination with municipalities and customers, thereby creating the network structures of tomorrow. The team is responsible for the detailed execution planning of projects in the field of energy and water supply and monitors the entire process from project preparation to implementation and ensures that the projects are completed efficiently, on time and in accordance with technical standards and regulations.

You guide a team of professionals including the coordination of tasks and continuous development of your employees:inside You develop detailed execution and construction schedules based on basic planning, taking into account current guidelines in the fields of electricity, gas, water and heat, with the aim of efficiently and economically designing the supply and use of these resources. You communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to transparently convey coordinated actions and to obtain constructive feedback By creating resource plans, you make sure that the implemented measures are implemented successfully and that budget targets are achieved By assessing risks - such as lack of resources - and opportunities related to supplying electricity, gas, water and heat, you develop targeted risk mitigation measures You are responsible for the project documentation and reporting in the execution planning phase
