WEG Clerk / Accountant (m/f/d)

Accounting Responsibilities: As WEG Personnel / Accountant (m/w/d), check or book invoices and maintain the debitoric and creditoric master data. Open new mandates: You take over the preparation and opening of new owner communities, house administrations as well as rental special administrations. Monitoring payment transactions and budget: You run the house money accounts, control the dunning and keep in mind the costs and funds of the communities. In addition, you coordinate the investment of reserve funds and actively contribute to budget planning and budget control of the communities. Control billing: For the owner communities as well as the house and rental special administrations, you can create precise billings and carry out necessary audits together with colleagues from the WEG administration. Support meetings: You support the preparation of owner meetings and sometimes also actively in the appropriate implementation. Accountant / Accountant (m/w/d) at GAG also includes correspondence with authorities, utilities, suppliers and customers.

You have a successfully completed housing training and look at the first professional experience in housing and accounting. In addition, you have a well-founded knowledge of housing and rental rights and can apply them in practice. Thanks to your organized and structured work, you will always keep an overview of all projects as WEG specialist / accountant (m/w/d) at GAG. You actively contribute to your team and convince in daily exchange through safe occurrence and a high self-motivation. A safe handling of the current MS Office applications is obvious to you. First experiences in the application of SAP/BE are also desirable.
