In your function, as a team leader, warehouse logistics make a decisive contribution to the efficient and scalable control of the flow of goods – from storage to the goods outlet. You act as a central contact person for your team and ensure smooth processes and continuous development of the processes. Operational control: You lead and motivate a team of about five employees in the field of goods receipt, storage and goods exit and ensure efficient deployment planning and incorporation. Process and quality management: You monitor safety, quality and process standards (e.g. work safety, hazardous material storage, 5S and lean) and initiate appropriate measures in the event of deviations. Optimization and further development: You analyze existing processes and develop new working methods together with the warehouse management to increase efficiency and productivity. Interface management: You regularly communicate with your team, warehouse management and specialist departments and ensure a smooth flow of information. Complaint management: you process complaints, conduct Cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions. Support in daily business: If necessary, you will be responsible for operational tasks such as testing goods, packaging and shipping preparation as well as administrative activities such as order collection and telephone customer support.

Your further qualifications and properties include: Multiannual professional experience in the field of warehouse and logistics, ideally with first leadership experience Safe handling of goods management systems (e.g. Navision) and good knowledge in MS Office Experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues and executives Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Valid forklift and safe driving practice in pallet storage High reliability, initiative and sense of responsibility Embossed team skills and communication strength
