Production Technologist Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Ensuring electrotechnical safety and organisation of the safe operation of electrical installations in the field of electroplating within the framework of the specified electrical organization as a partial responsibility of safety at the site with respect to all relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN VDE, DGUV), incl. carrying out risk assessments Introduction and application of sound knowledge in automation technology as well as in electrotechnical maintenance to ensure fault-free and standard-compliant plant operation in the field of electroplating Optimization of coating systems with regard to performance targets (quality, performance and availability) with respect to the specified annual targets. Active cooperation in ongoing improvement projects and after completion of independent project management Support in the commissioning of coating systems and monitoring of electronic maintenance systems (e.g. Hydra) Working with the creation of Machine-FMEA ́s Support of the group manager in the field of maintenance for the timely compliance of maintenance orders (e.g. ticket system)

further training as industrial or craftsman/in electrical or state-tested/in electrical technician, ideally with additional qualification as an electrotechnical safety specialist (m/w/d), Electronics (m/w/d) or comparable specialist training Knowledge of surface technology desirable Required expertise in occupational safety, VDE regulations and the application of methods for finding solutions Very good general technical understanding and structured working Secure handling of SAP, MS-Office applications and Project-Place Teamability, independent working and flexibility to meet changing work requirements Good English knowledge of word and writing
