In the Rems-Murr clinics in Winnenden and the Rems-Murr-Klinik Schorndorf, around 51,000 patients are hospitalized each year in 21 specialist clinics, and 2,800 employees give their best daily. Our central office hours in Schorndorf, which will be established in the future new functional building, will now be reinforced. We offer patients special telephone hours which are not carried out in the home and specialist doctors. We also carry out surgical procedures during operational indication. With the area of central speaking hours, we ensure the main access of selective patient flows. The follow-up to check-ups or reviews with further procedures are also part of our services. Our goal is a pleasant and well-structured patient coordination/supply for conservative or surgical measures. The body must first be occupied for two years. Your profile

Your duties

Responsibility for friendly patient acceptance in central speaking time Professional and friendly phone correspondence internal/external Ensuring optimal workflow within the central office hours Administrative patient recordings with associated brief preparation and termination of all outpatients Nursing assistant of the doctor in the examination and treatment room of all subjects in the central office activities for pre-operative preparation of the patient before the outpatient or stationary surgical stay
