Construction Project Manager - Technical Facilities (m/f/d)

As a construction project manager (m/w/d) – Technical facilities are responsible for the management and management of renovation, modernization and new construction projects of the technical facilities (KG 400) as well as for the subproject management of holistic projects together with the colleagues of the construction project management. Furthermore, your task includes the development and further development of standards as well as the advice as a competent expert & Sparring partners around the technical systems. Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering and industrial engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management and control of technical installations (KG 400) Knowledge of current standards and regulations for (Kita-)Bau Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) Knowledge Experience with M365 and collaborative software (teams) desirable Experience in project management and accompanying construction projects with very good knowledge in building law, VOB and HOAI Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
