Be part of our team of technical building management (TGM) in Frankfurt. In this function, you are in particular responsible for the maintenance (inspection, maintenance and repair) around the LBIH property. The focus is on police, courts and financial administration, including large objects such as the administrative centre, the police office and the judicial centre. The site is the Rhein-Main branch, based in Frankfurt am Main.

Own creation of performance directories, processing of repairs and rebuilding of installations of technical building equipment in existing buildings Organisation and planning of the TGM Implementation of measures and planning, commissioning, control, acceptance and settlement of foreign services, in compliance with public procurement and contract law, as well as the time and cost framework Monitoring of engineering offices in the field of reconstructions, one-off repairs and construction maintenance measures in the field of TGA Implementation and compliance with all applicable legislation, guidelines and generally accepted rules of technology in the field of TGM Monitoring of planning, construction and services until acceptance, billing and handover to the operator/user Negotiation and communication with all project participants

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the Department of Electrical Engineering / Supply Technology / TGM with focus on building technology / TGA or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of electrical engineering / building technology / TGA / TGM Knowledge in the various HOAI performance phases as well as planning and construction management experience Knowledge of public procurement and contract law (including VOB, VOL) is desirable Negotiation, enforcement and organisational skills Commitment, ownership, service orientation and a strong team spirit Good knowledge of MS Office and an AVA program, ideally basic knowledge of SolarComputer software and a CAD program Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as the ability to use construction sites Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
