You operate the service for contract dentists:inside You serve the hotline for contract questions and the patient hotline You independently and independently process the written requests of contract dentists: inside and outside You evaluate facts, work them out and prepare them for subsequent process processing in the area of cost-effectiveness testing and billing You assist in judicial procedures and the body to combat misconduct in healthcare You ensure the software applications in the field of data transmission to the auditing site and assist in the assignment of contract dentists:into the comparison groups

(m/w/d) or businesswoman in the healthcare sector (m/w/d) You have a fast understanding with high readiness to use, even under time pressure You work structured and conscientiously with temporal flexibility You have good MS identifiers (Word, Excel, Power Point) and master the German spelling You are strong in communication and work independently and independently You are team-ready and ideally have knowledge in general administrative law You have deeper knowledge in the area of settlement of contract dental services, ideally in all areas of service
