For this we are looking for a personality who thinks new: you take responsibility for 111 beds and, together with the nursing director and the other departmental directors, shape the future of care in our clinic – with short decision-making paths, clearly regulated responsibilities and trustful proximity between care director, deputy departmental directors and employees of all professional groups. Leadership and personnel development: technical and disciplinary leadership, personnel management and management, personnel planning and operational control as well as valuable employee and development talks. Care quality and processes: high-quality, patient-oriented and activating care, further development of nursing standards and participation in projects, audits and certifications Training and promotion of young people: high-quality practical training in close cooperation with practical coordination, practical guidance and nursing school Interface and cooperation: transparent design of information paths between care, medicine and therapy, as well as moderation of different perspectives and interests Efficiency and future design: responsible use of human and material resources and active participation of digitization projects and strategic developments

Education: nursing staff with further training for management or studies in health and/or care management. Leadership quality: clear, value-adding communication, organisational strength and solution-oriented action Experience: high professional competence in Geriatrie/Altersmedizin as well as pronounced organizational and process understanding Understanding: deep understanding of the roles and perspectives of other professional groups and the ability to moderate different interests Curiosity: Openness for new supply models and care concepts as well as readiness to actively drive digitization
