We are looking for

Your tasks:

• Technical customer support: They support external partners from the dental environment in the use of modern equipment and materials – by phone, digital or before or
• Digital production systems: They accompany the commissioning of computer-assisted systems in laboratories and ensure that everything is properly set up and runs smoothly
• Knowledge transfer and user training: They carry out practical training – from the introduction of new technologies to the deepening of existing work processes in the dental field
• Consulting for process optimization: They identify potential for improvement in dental workflows and provide sound recommendations for the application of suitable materials and systems
• Working with internal quality topics: You bring your expertise to actively shape the continuous improvement of our products and processes

Your profile:

• A completed training as a dental technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification among other years of professional experience
• Experiences in CAD/CAM
