Postal research and complaint processing for transport service providers and coordination with internal and external partners Processing of customer returns Stock disposition for the branch sites Monitoring of stocks and the availability of branches Transport disposition for tank load trains and courier trips Management of loan containers Operational activity in the daily inventory management in the SAP-ERP system

Completed commercial training in the field of industrial or freight forwarding, ideally with continued economic qualification or bachelor's degree Ideally multi-year professional experience in logistics or supply chain management Good knowledge of MS Office Ideally good user knowledge in the SAP modules MM / WM / SD or in comparable ERP systems Enforcement and conflictability, high level of self-initiative Organizational ability and analytical thinking
