You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the QA automation team for Turbomed and define the test automation strategy across all levels – unit, integration, system, stress and performance tests. Together with Engineering and Product Management, you are responsible for the delivery and quality assurance of the team and anchor “shift-left”, automation-first and risk-based test approaches in the development process. You stay hands-on where it brings real added value – in the design of scalable frameworks, harnesses and CI/CD pipelines that grow with the product complexity. You are driving AI-native test automation, Claude Code and AI-Agents are specifically used to generate, maintain and triage tests and establish reusable skills and workflows for the entire team. Detectable leadership experience in testing automation with high technical credibility and the ability to develop a senior team professionally and personally. Excellent university degree (preferably Master) in computer science, software engineering, business informatics or a comparable technical degree course with very good performance. Found experience with multi-layered test frames, CI/CD, load and performance tests as well as strong programming skills in at least one language such as C#, Java, Python or TypeScript; ideally knowledge of the Turbomed stack (Qt, .NET, MariaDB, Gematik TI) as well as experience in security and penetration testing. Detectionally effective use of AI in the QA environment, preferably using Claude Code or similar agentic tools (agents, skills, workflows) as well as experience in the design of AI pipelines, test harnesses and context engineering. Flowing German and fluent English in word and writing, pronounced problem-solving strength, high innovative strength and proactivity, an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear commitment with our healthcare pose and responsibility for patient safety.
