Your tasks:

• Support for investment and capex management Management and Operational Performance
• support, organisation and preparation of workshops and Events
• Working in the annual OP (operational plan) Budget preparation
• Organisation and ensuring annual governance and corresponding standard reviews
• Data analysis and evaluation
• Organization of monthly reporting
• Travel planning and travel accounting
• Takeover of project management office tasks
• If necessary step-by-step takeover of the project management of selected projects
• Regular coordination and coordination with main partners in Toulouse and other central areas
• support in preparing decision-making templates for Top management

Your profile:

• Complete degree in engineering, Economic engineering, business management or comparable Qualifications
• Over two years of experience in the field of finance and Project management
