• Administration and administration of Jira instances, including user administration, permissions and project configurations

• Second-level technical support and troubleshooting for Jira-related problems

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions

• Promote changes and further development of the tool to improve its functionality and efficiency

• Implementation of training and workshops for end-users to improve their understanding and use of Jira

• Active Key User Management

• Track the latest developments and best practices of Atlassian products

• Complete training or studies in the field of IT, business or logistics

• Knowledge of the Jira administration or the willingness to learn it

• Experience with other Atlassian tools like Confluence is beneficial

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) is advantageous

• Ability to work both independently and in the team
