The position is limited to 2 years.

Architecture & Development: You are responsible for the architecture and design of our customer contact platform based on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 CE. With your multi-year experience, you develop scalable, integrated solutions and bring them into our system landscape in a sustainable manner. Technological excellence: You use your sound know-how in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure to design and implement powerful, standard solutions. You accompany the entire lifecycle: from idea to architecture to implementation. Coordination & technical leadership: You take over the technical control of subprojects or team members, coordinate several participants and ensure effective cooperation between disciplines, development and architecture. Cooperation & agile methods: You work closely in BizDevOps teams and with other architects and actively contribute your experience in agile ways such as SAFe and Scrum. Security & Compliance: You ensure that all solutions meet the highest safety requirements and that regulatory requirements are reliably complied with.

Qualification: A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable relevant qualification in IT. Experience & expertise: You have several years of experience in designing and implementing complex solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure, ideally integrated enterprise environments. Technical understanding: You are safe in exchange with developers (e.g. JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET) and can simultaneously translate technical requirements into sustainable technical solutions. Leadership & Coordination: You bring experience in the coordination of several parties, streams or smaller teams and have ideally already taken on professional leadership responsibility. Communication strength: Prosecutive (min. C1) German and English skills (min. B2) as well as a sovereign and enforceable occurrence towards different stakeholders. Analytical thinking: You work structured, think holistic and also develop sustainable solutions for complex challenges.
