For our work in Niesky we are looking for a: Head of Quality Management (m/w/d)

The management and further development of the QM system at the Niesky site in accordance with the IFS Food Standards and other product standards such as Kosher, Halal, VLOG, V-label Preparation, implementation and reprocessing of certification and customer audits HACCP Team Leadership Validation and verification of processes Creation and processing of specifications, including customer questionnaires and supplier releases also in the respective portals of suppliers and customers Training of employees, evaluation of success controls Advertising processing Implementation of internal audits and operations Creation, evaluation and documentation of corrective measures Creation and monthly documentation of all quality indicators Staff planning, incorporation, leadership, motivation and training of employees in the operating laboratory Control of test equipment monitoring Care of LIMS Qualifax

Complete study of nutritional sciences, food technology or laboratory master with professional experience in quality management Experience in performing audits / as an auditor in the food industry Experience in the dairy industry/food industry is advantageous Certain and flexible operation Good English knowledge of word and writing Safe handling of Office applications readiness to travel within Germany
