Real estate agent (m/f/d)

You support real estate management in ongoing day-to-day business and take over central commercial-administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence, appointment, deposit) You maintain and manage object, contract and master data and ensure a proper and comprehensible documentation You process renting and function as an organizational interface between administration, renters, service providers and internal areas You coordinate maintenance and repair measures (e.g. commissioning, tracking, feedback) You support housing changes (in-, out- and transfer) as well as the administrative handling of rental processes

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a real estate businessman, lawyers, office businessman or a comparable qualification Professional experience in real estate or house management or in an administrative environment with similar task profile Safe handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge of advantage Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least level C1) and good English knowledge (at least level B2) Embossed organizational talent, high sense of responsibility and the ability to keep an overview even under term pressure Team spirit, communication strength and social and intercultural competence Openness to changes, especially in system and software changes
