Your profile

Knowledge of current Windows operating systems

Fun in direct communication with users

Experience with ticket and RFS systems

good German and ideal English skills

driving licence class B

Your duties

• 1st and 2nd level support on site and remote
• Error diagnosis and removal at IT workstations with operating system Windows 10 or 11
• Management and allocation of support tickets
• Compliance with SLA requirements
