Head of Self-Help and Addiction Officers | Addiction Officer (f/m/d) – District of Konstanz

The Department of Social Planning, together with municipal, voluntary and association institutions, shapes the social infrastructure in the district. The focus is on topics such as addiction prevention, self-help, civic engagement, nursing training and social planning for senior citizens, participation and psychiatric care. We are looking for this diverse range from 1. July 2025 a director or director for the self-help network and the function as a search officer or Head of Mission In this role you combine strategy, project and network work as well as communication – with free space for your own ideas, professional responsibility and social impact.

Management and coordination: Control of the self-help contact point and coordination of around 130 self-help groups. Coordination and further development of the search assistance network. Management of the Rotary b.free gUG. Strategy and control: Development and implementation of needs-oriented concepts for search prevention and assistance. Analysis of regional needs and target groups. Monitoring, evaluation and further development of existing offers. Project management & network management: Responsible planning and implementation of projects. Network work as well as building, maintaining and expanding cooperations. Interface management for the coordination of technical cooperation.

Communication and Public Relations: Design of press and public relations. Support and expert advice for specialists in the search prevention. Information and consultation of citizens on participation in self-help groups.

Complete study of social sciences, health sciences or administrative sciences.

Experience in project and network work of advantage. Joy in responsible tasks and the design of social processes. Structured work and a good look for processes and cooperation. Communication strength, team orientation and a safe, value-adding appearance. Safe handling of MS Office. Driver's license and willingness to use your vehicle service (against refund). Flexibility for evening and weekend services.
