As a team leader IT Services Logistics (m/w/d), you will lead a five-member IT team professionally and disciplinaryly in the Logistics Service Desk area and are responsible for the stability, quality and further development of IT services in logistics. You design personnel planning, conduct regular feedback and development talks and ensure a sustainable onboarding of new colleagues, as well as a structured deployment and capacity planning. You conduct the Logistics Service Desk operationally, prioritize tasks and escalations, ensure compliance with agreed service levels and handle logistics-related IT services together with your team. As an interface between logistics areas, corporate IT and external service providers, you promote transparent cooperation and process escalations at management level. You are responsible for budget issues, developing optimization potentials and continuously developing processes, structures and service quality.

You have a degree in the IT field (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or an IT training with corresponding further qualification and professional experience. You have multi-year leadership experience in an IT-close environment, bringing in-depth knowledge in the Service Desk / IT support, especially in escalations, prioritization and service orientation. You work structured, solution-oriented, and decision-making, manage teams clearly and quickly responsibilities efficiently. Experience with logistic IT systems such as warehouse management systems or SAP EWM is helpful, but no compelling requirement. You communicate safely in German and English, are responsible, process-oriented, and you are characterized by a pronounced communication strength.
