Team Lead Credit Analysis in the Credit Management Cluster / Second Vote (m/f/d)

Leadership and team development: Interdisciplinary leadership of a team with currently 15 employees. You create a clear framework for action and orientation for the achievement of the team's goals and at the same time strengthen the self-responsibility of the employees through targeted promotion, empowerment and further development. Strategy and business planning: You support the cluster leader in cluster-wide strategic development and implementation of the cluster goals by translating them into concrete team goals. The focus is on ensuring target achievement through quality and risk-oriented analysis of credit commitments and compliance with regulatory requirements for the stable management of the credit portfolio. Collaboration, Culture and Transformation: Promoting close cooperation with market areas and basic unity, strengthening the culture of mistakes and feedback as well as independent actions, and proactive support of the Bank's transformation.

Skills: completed studies of business management with a focus on bank management and/or a comparable professional qualification multiannual experience in managing teams as well as practical experience in market succession credit comprehensive understanding of credit processes, in particular credit analysis and decision-making processes, in particular in commercial credit business and structured and project financing well-founded experience in assessing business models, industry risks and business planning ideally knowledge of the further development of teams and agile leadership methods (e.g. agile methods and leadership instruments) Personal skills: high problem-solving competence, risk and outcome orientation as well as process-oriented, structured and target-oriented thinking with independent working methods clear, address-oriented communication, safe handling of communication media as well as strong team and collaborative capability, promotion of cross-team and cross-area cooperation Willingness and ability to deal resiliently with complexity and burdens and deal with digital trends and new developments regular reflection of our own leadership trade and continuous professional and personal development active participation of change and transformation processes
