The Kita in Frankfurt-Bockenheim/Kuhwaldsiedlung is a deliberately small institution with a maximum of 42 children. This manageable size allows a personal and reliable atmosphere in which every child is seen and can build stable relationships with professionals and other children.

Responsibility: You lead the institution, make decisions in the personnel selection and recruitment, lead the team and promote the personal and professional development of the employees. In addition, you plan personnel deployment efficiently. Quality design: You implement the educational concept, develop it continuously and coordinate the educational work of the institution. You take responsibility for quality management. You work closely with parents and represent the institution to the outside in public relations. Controlling & management: You take responsibility for management and manage the financial management of the institution.

Basic: Completed (special) Higher education in the field of social education or toddler education with state recognition or training as a state-approved/educated educator. Ideally: first experience in organizational or management tasks, for example through project management, team coordination or internships; Additional training in the field of social management or kita management is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Knowledge: knowledge of the Hessian education plan and experience in pedagogical work with children.
