For concrete vacancies, you are actively approaching talents on LinkedIn and XING, building relationships and bringing the right people together with the right opportunities. Be open to various types of communication! You don't only speak to potential candidates in writing, but we also use video messages. So you shouldn't be afraid to present yourself in front of the camera. Take first talks with the candidates! Not only the address, but also the further communication can run over your table. Teamwork is getting big! You are in close contact with the talent acquisition team.

You are in the midst of your studies such as media or communication sciences, BWL, marketing, etc.? You're an extroverted personality with real enthusiasm for people? You are communicative and go open, authentic and self-confident to others? Perhaps you have already been able to sniff into the field of active sourcing, e.g. during an internship? (absolutes Nice-to-have, no condition!) Social Media (especially LinkedIn & XING) is not a new country for you, but a tool you use safely and creatively? With your subtle feeling for audiences, you know exactly where and how to reach potential candidates – and meet the right sound? Empathy's being raised with you? You have a real hand-on mentality? You're grabbing, you're gonna kill me and stay on it? Are you convinced by your solution-oriented thinking? You find ways, no excuses? You can look beyond the edge of the plate? Liquid knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile? Then we want to get to know you!
