They are responsible for the implementation of a large-scale construction project of the DRV Bund, currently it is an administrative building with approximately 150,000m2 BGF. For accurate implementation, use the associated subprojects and ensure implementation with the project teams. Responsibility and management of large-scale construction projects of the DRV Bund Conducting and tuning interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external partners Planning, sharing and controlling tasks and subprojects, resources and budgets Project management, controlling and monitoring Technical and disciplinary management of project managers, including their personnel development Advice on and communication of strategic, organizational and technical contents of the projects Ensure compliance with legal and technical standards and environmental and sustainability aspects

They already have experience in large construction projects and are inspiring for complex projects and teams. They combine sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and solid expert knowledge and are able to use all of them in the project meetings, your team, and also to their own executives. In addition, you have: A completed scientific higher education (Master or Diploma University) in the field of architecture Long-term professional experience (at least 5 years, like longer) in the construction project management of large real estate projects, ideally in public building Joy and experience in the leadership and development of employees Knowledge of contract management (BGB, AHO, HOAI, VOB, VgV)
