You take over the operational management of two therapy centers and actively develop the locations. You control the economic indicators such as sales, utilization and costs. You lead, motivate and develop your team – always with a view to professional and personal strengths. You ensure high quality standards, legal requirements and smooth processes. You are building our regional network in a targeted manner, gaining new cooperation partners and pleading existing contacts with doctors and other partners to sustainably strengthen cooperation and unlock new potentials. You are present and take responsibility on site. You can efficiently and reliably organize schedules, processes and resources. You are the face of the center and represent our company inside and outside.

You have completed vocational training or studies in the healthcare sector or a comparable commercial area. You bring commercial experience and sound business understanding. You have leadership experience of at least 1-2 years of work, preferably in the field of health. Self-sponsored, responsive working and strong organizational ability are of course for you. You are strong in communication, solution-oriented, motivating and strengthen your team. You have a safe handling of Microsoft Office. You are a team player, you can handle people well and have fun in leadership. You value openness and transparency in coexistence and do not hesitate to make decisions.

Work life balance: 30 + 2 vacation days. Full-financed training: We take over the costs of your training to 100% and/or your studies at SRH Fernhochschule.
