We build a central team that reorganises and professionalizes our internal knowledge management structures. Together we develop standards that will significantly increase the quality and efficiency of our knowledge management and our customer communication. You expect an exciting role in an interdisciplinary team from experts with backgrounds in linguistics, journalism, philosophy, media sciences and media technology. You support our Technical Service Manager (TSM) and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in daily use of knowledge.

■ You are responsible for planning, developing and implementing content strategies to improve our knowledge base.

■ The editorial preparation and structuring of high-quality, target-group-oriented content for internal and external communication channels also belong to your tasks.

■ You take on the development of high-quality, target-group-oriented content in close coordination with the specialist areas and technical support to improve information uniformity and customer communication.

■ You are responsible for the design and implementation of tailor-made training programs for the specialist teams, thereby effectively and optimising the handling of knowledge resources.

■ You have successfully completed your Bachelor's degree in the humanities, such as journalism, philosophy, media sciences or a similar discipline, and are in master's degree.

■ You have a high affinity for modern IT technologies and interest in knowledge management as well as content creation.

■ You have pronounced analytical skills and pleasure in making complex content understandable and appealing.

■ Communications and team skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and experts are a key feature.

■ Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, in order to be able to convey information precisely and according to target groups, complete your profile.
