To strengthen our technical inventory management team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with technical understanding for building systems, with high sense of responsibility and organizational skills, full-time and unlimited in the field of object management: Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the field of object management As a technical object manager / facility manager / building engineer (m/w/d), you take over the perception of traffic management obligations, the technical support of the real estate stock as well as the acquisition and maintenance of relevant building data in the ERP system.

Execution of traffic obligations Basic and data acquisition of technically relevant building data, as a basis for input and maintenance into the ERP software Assistance in assessing structural damage Technical processing of insurance damage Order processing including audit Pre- and final collection of residential and commercial units and garages and parking spaces Support of project management in construction projects
