Own responsibility you take over the sale of spare parts for our national and international customers and thus contribute to the success of the business. You maintain the written and telephone customer correspondence in German and English and ensure smooth communication. You can independently process complaints and warranty cases and always find customer-oriented solutions.

Training: completed relevant commercial training or comparable Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience in the commercial sector as well as a safe handling of SAP and MS Office Personality and working methods: You quickly adapt to new circumstances and keep a cool head in phases of high workload; you like to work constructively in the team, take ownership of your tasks and put the needs of our customers at the heart of your action Languages: very good German and English in word and writing.
