Project management and support for new, expansion and conservation measures in road construction Tendering and awarding of road construction (HOAI performance phases 6 and 7), e.g. preparation and testing of the performance description and the performance directory, expert opinions on procurement procedures Construction and monitoring of road construction measures (HOAI performance phases 8 and 9) such as monitoring the construction design for proper compliance with the planning requirements, contractual regulations, technical regulations and transport safety regulations, testing and processing of supplementary services

Graduate degree in civil engineering (Bachelor/Diplom-FH) with the focus on road construction / construction or comparable courses or comparable knowledge Professional experience in road construction and project management Experience in the implementation of procurement procedures for engineering contracts (national and EU-wide tenders) Knowledge of building and planning law, road traffic law, basic knowledge of circular economic law, in particular EBV including the related laws, regulations and technical standards Skills and knowledge in subject-related data processing, contract law, VOB and HOAI Driving licence class B and the willingness to carry out a service vehicle as well as reliable German knowledge Your personal strengths include: Embossed customer-oriented mode of operation, high level of performance and team capability Independent and systematic approach and good communication skills
