You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team leaders in the warehouse and logistics departments with responsibility for goods receipt, storage, material delivery, material disposition, shipping and intralogistics You are responsible for the support and further development of the logistics and storage processes as well as the control, optimization and standardization of the material flows for cooperation with external manufacturing partners You support the active design and development of digitalization and automation initiatives in the warehouse and logistics environment You ensure that all quality, safety, ESD policies and legal and customer-specific requirements are complied with You are responsible for budget, personnel planning and key figures management in the field of warehouse and logistics You work closely together with purchasing, production management, process management, work preparation, quality assurance and sales You plan, organize and monitor stocks and are responsible for carrying out inventory to ensure high inventory accuracy You support audits of customers, suppliers and certification bodies

You have completed technical or commercial training You have several years of experience in managing and developing employees as well as in building powerful teams You have experience in cooperation with EMS service providers, external owners or outsourced production sites You provide sound knowledge of the material management of electronic components, power electronics, assemblies and mechanical components with You have a secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP or comparable solutions) as well as warehouse management systems You have pronounced analytical skills, a solution-oriented way of working and a good understanding of logistical key figures and processes You have a high level of communication, enforcing capacity and strong social competence You have good knowledge of German and English (min. C1) in word and writing You bring a willingness to work in shiftwork
