Support and further development of the ERP system, including analysis, design and implementation of processes. Advising the specialist departments in optimizing business processes and their mapping in the ERP system. Configuration and adaptation of the ERP system to specific requirements of the company. Training of end users in handling the ERP system and ensuring efficient system deployment. Support in error analysis and troubleshooting in the ERP area. Coordination and cooperation with external service providers and software providers. Conducting tests and quality assurance measures for system updates and new functions. Documentation of ERP processes, changes and adjustments. Working with IT projects, in particular in the area of digitalization and automation of business processes Other tasks: Ensuring smooth IT operation and continuous development of IT infrastructure. managing and maintaining IT systems, networks and software solutions, Ensure IT security and privacy in the company. Provision of technical solutions and support for all business sectors. Planning, implementation and support of IT projects to improve internal processes. A successfully completed study of (economic)informatics, business management or a comparable qualification/training in the computer science field. Multiannual professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central in a comparable position or as a consultant. Good (economic) understanding of business processes, whose documentation and imaging takes place in IT solutions. Detection of cross-departmental problems and development of solutions. High self-responsibility, self-organization and a structured way of working. Experience with EDI and Intercompany interfaces. Good communication skills to convince colleagues of new solutions and to describe requirements for developers. A strong team consciousness.
