The team:

Our ''Digital Workplace & Business Solutions'' area is responsible for all IT service topics of the company. Our goal is to provide all employees with a powerful and stable infrastructure, as well as a modern and sustainable digital workplace. In close cooperation with other departments, we support the company-wide collaboration tools – especially from the Atlassian Collections such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Service Management. As an Atlassian team, we aim to provide our internal and external customers with a working environment that enables high productivity, supports processes efficiently, secures clear and fast communication channels and ensures a quick solution of enquiries and problems.

Support for the administration and development of Jira, Confluence and JSM Advising the areas of process and workflow optimization Participation in IT projects and automation in the Atlassian environment Creation of reports and support in system analysis Ensuring system stability and user management

First experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) Analytical thinking, technical understanding and self-initiative Interest in automation and modern collaboration solutions Team spirit and communication strength Agile basic knowledge or willingness to learn these
