To strengthen our team in the operating technology at our Herford plant, we are looking for you as:

You are responsible for the planning of maintenance and maintenance work on building technology and operating facilities. You actively participate in the optimization, expansion and modernization of existing plant technology. In addition, you support the development and design of new facilities and new technologies. Identification of improvement potentials and implementation of efficiency-enhancing measures are also your tasks. You are also responsible for the evaluation of process-related relationships in technical processes. The close cooperation with various departments to ensure a smooth production process completes your area of activity.

You have completed training as a master/technician/in the field of energy and building technology, electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you can present a training for the responsible electrical power (VEFK) or are ready to acquire it in a perspective. Experience in the field of technical building management is a prerequisite. Knowledge of maintenance, maintenance and plant operation is desirable. You have a good technical understanding in the context of building and operating technology. You bring leadership and experience in coordinating employees or external service providers and are able to structure tasks, set priorities and take responsibility. In addition, you are characterized by high problem-solving competence, technical understanding, team capacity, flexibility and a structured and independent working.
