Design for plastic and rubber technologists in the field of molded parts (m/w/d) from 1 September 2026, at the Karlsruhe location

During the 3 years of your training, you will learn how to manufacture various mouldings for tubes, bottles and other packaging materials on the job – and the theoretical foundations are available at the vocational school. You will be shown what comes when reading and creating technical drawings and how customer requests, special measurements and co. are taken into account. After your initial phase, you will know which materials and tools are most suitable for what is needed and what is important when setting up our machines – for example temperature, time and pressure. With this knowledge you can increasingly independently monitor the running production machines. In short, you get the necessary know-how for your final exam – and a professional future in the industry.

Intermediate education (Realschule Graduate or General Higher Education) – with good grades in technology, mathematics, German and natural sciences (physics, chemistry) Basic IT (MS Office) and English Enthusiasm for machines and technical relationships desire for craft activities and to achieve a higher level in many areas With a tidy portion of motivation, fun at teamwork, openness and reliability you will achieve a lot here.
