We are looking for a HR Data Analyst (m/w/d) at the next possible time for Human Resources.

You analyze, interpret and optimize our HR data from a wide variety of sources - and make valuable insights. You bring new relevant data sources into play and actively shape our analysis world of tomorrow. In close cooperation with our BI department, you develop our data-driven HR software solution - innovative, precise, forward-looking. You'll create and recommend target group-oriented reports and dashboards that are not only read, but used.

You have a degree in the field of business, statistics, HR management or a related field. You've already gained professional experience in the HR Analytics environment and brought well-founded knowledge in HR controlling and reporting. Excel and SQL are not tools for you, but languages where you feel at home. Ideally, you bring practical experience with IBM Cognos - or you want to work in it. More database or reporting tools? Very welcome! You have a good technical understanding and ideally already implemented or accompanied interfaces.
