The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land is a specialist clinic with the medical focuses on psychosomatic medicine (hospital treatment) and pneumology (rehabilitation). It is part of the Schön Klinik Group and Lehrkrankenhaus der Philipps-Universität Marburg as well as the PMU Salzburg. The clinic is situated in front of picturesque mountain scenery in south-eastern Bavaria, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden National Park. The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land has 325 beds, employs around 280 employees and treats around 3,400 patients per year. We are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) in general medicine and/or internal medicine at full time for our team. Comprehensive patient care: You take care of the medical care of our patients and ensure an empathic, professional care. Structured junior support: You support assistant physicians both professionally and personally and actively in their training. Quality-assured treatment: You provide guidance-oriented, high-quality diagnostics and therapy according to current medical standards. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work constructively with all the professional groups involved to ensure optimal care. Estimated communication: You stand for an open, transparent exchange with patients, relatives and the entire team. Reliable participation: You support us in the standby services and contribute to a smooth process.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) in general medicine and/or internal medicine and are interested in a wide range of interdisciplinary medicine. You ideally bring first experience in leadership tasks as well as in the further development of employees or areas. You are familiar in the German hospital everyday and move safely in clinical structures. You work routined with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You have ideally already worked with electronic patient records such as Orbis. You have very good knowledge of German at least C1 level.
