The Kreißsaalleitung manages and carries out its task within the meaning of the guidelines or objectives of the Klinikum Worms. Oriented to the satisfaction of patients and relatives, you are responsible for a holistic, individual birth aid and weekly care, dealing with innovations and making a significant personal contribution to the development, economics and future security of the clinic. You are proactive in living a competent, positive leadership culture and constructively shaping cooperation with all areas of the hospital. As part of the task and responsibilities, You are responsible for the implementation and further development of defined quality structures and processes, legal requirements and internal standards and framework conditions. The practical training of our midwives is carried out in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen as part of the study of midwife sciences.
