Team Leader Purchasing in an Industrial Environment (m/f/d)

In the course of the further development of the site, we are looking for a team leader Purchasing / Procurement (m/w/d), who runs the 3-person shopping team, optimizes procurement processes and at the same time keeps an eye on operational topics. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring material availability and work closely with internal specialist areas as well as central purchasing. In addition to the further development of supplier relationships, you actively shape processes and make an important contribution to the efficiency and competitiveness of the company.

Responsibility for purchasing raw, auxiliary and operating materials, as well as services and ensuring optimal availability of materials Development, implementation and further development of purchasing and procurement strategies Analysis of markets, suppliers and internal requirements and deriving strategic measures Construction, maintenance and further development of supplier partnerships as well as management of price, contract and contract negotiations Optimization and continuous improvement of procurement processes in close coordination with central purchasing Compilation of cost, consumption and price analyses and implementation of supplier reviews Monitoring the supply chain taking into account sustainability, environmental standards and compliance Support in complaints and preparation and evaluation of inventory Maintenance of master data and article information in the ERP system Working in projects and active support of the team

Successfully completed commercial or technical training Multiannual experience in the operational and strategic purchasing of industrial goods, technical components or services Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation English language skills First leadership experience would be ideal
