Foreman - Bricklayer / Concrete / Renovation (m/f/d)

You take over the technical leadership of your team and bear the responsibility for the smooth handling of our construction and renovation projects directly on site. As a central interface on the construction site, you agree closely with construction managers, architects and management to ensure the progress of the project. You pack yourself with demanding concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry work – from the formwork and reinforcement to the assembly of finished parts. With technical drawings and construction plans, you monitor the precise implementation of all works and ensure our high quality standards through continuous controls.

You have a completed training as a concrete builder, reinforced concrete builder, mason (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring at least four years of professional experience at the construction site and ideally you already have first experience in the guidance of a team. You work safely and independently according to construction plans and technical drawings and enjoy taking responsibility for your projects. A high physical resilience as well as dizziness for work on scaffolds or ladders are yours. You speak well German (at least B1 level) to be sure to match yourself in the team and with the building management.
