Successfully completed studies of law with second legal state exams (full lawyer*in) Multiannual generalist professional experience as well as deepened knowledge in scientific law, in particular in the field of industrial legal protection and IP law Practical knowledge in legal areas relevant to state-funded non-university research institutions with major projects, in particular in the right to grant Multiannual professional experience, preferably in a legal department of a comparable technology or science company Knowledge of patent, license, contract and employee inventor law Experience in the design, testing and negotiation of complex research, cooperation, licensing and exploitation contracts Management skills and proven leadership experience Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications Safe handling of patent management software such as WinPAT Safe handling of project management software such as OpenProject German and English knowledge in word and writing A dedicated personality with a strong understanding of strategic, economic and legal relationships in a scientific-technical environment negotiating skills as well as an independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
