This exciting and complex task involves the following activities:

Repair and maintenance work on tools to ensure a smooth production process Analysis of tool failures and implementation of appropriate measures for troubleshooting Quality control of manufactured parts (signing conformity) Finishing of grinding work Close cooperation with other departments such as production and quality assurance Active cooperation in improvement processes for efficient production Active cooperation in projects Support and representation of the shift manager in the field of tool management, take over a professional leadership role in the team Continuous development of standards, methods and procedures in tool management
