Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. For our location in Prien am Chiemsee we are looking for a full-time head physician (m/w/d) for psychosomatics & psychotherapy in autumn 2027. Total medical and organizational management: You are responsible for the professional and organizational management of psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy and are responsible for its strategic and medical development. Leadership and personnel development: You lead a multi-professional team, promote the professional and personal development of your employees and create a valuable leadership culture. Quality and concept development: You continuously develop therapeutic concepts, treatment standards and clinical processes and ensure a high quality of treatment. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with the departments, the clinic management and external cooperation partners and actively contribute to the cross-sector supply. Training, Supervision & Teaching: You supervise therapeutic measures, engage in the training, development and further training of the medical, psychological and therapeutic team and promote professional exchange. Strategic development & science: You represent your area of expertise in the interior and exterior, initiate innovative projects and engage in scientific activities as well as national and international specialist congresses.

You have a completed specialist training for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or for psychiatry and psychotherapy, as well as a well-founded clinical experience in the psychosomatic environment. You bring multi-year leadership experience and understand how to lead a multi-professional team of value-estimating, motivating and targeted. You have strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and have the pleasure of developing medical structures, therapeutic concepts and processes for the future. You are characterized by a high technical expertise, a pronounced decision and communication strength as well as a sovereign appearance. A close interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups and a high level of patient orientation are of course for you.
