IT Change Manager (m/f/d)

The DATAGROUPChange Management Process is designed to fully describe changes to productive customer systems, to illuminate the risks, to obtain the necessary approvals and to plan the implementation and to accompany and communicate the change implementation. In the role of the IT Change Manager (all genders), you accompany all these steps and ensure a smooth process. Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks For our technicians, you are the central contact person when it comes to creating the change. You point out to the technicians what information needs to be stored in the changes. To enable a change to be checked and approved, you organize the change-advisory board meetings. Here you prepare the changes accordingly and present them in the meeting. You have a look at the necessary assessments and approval levels and take care of the implementation of these. You act as a link between the individual stakeholders and prepare the relevant information in such a way that a comprehensive picture is created and a smooth cooperation across all departments is ensured. The communication of the changes to individual customer service providers is also within your responsibility. You are also introducing change escalations and processing them. Qualified reflection on failed changes and the possible introduction of the improvement process also belong to your tasks. The monitoring and monitoring of emergency changes also fall within your area of responsibility. You have a look at the time of the changes and note the adherence to the KPIs. You will participate in the improvement of the change process in coordination with the Process-Owner.

What you bring – besides the desire to move You have a completed training or study in the IT field or a comparable qualification. You already have first professional experience in the field of service management processes in the IT environment, ideally in IT-Change management. You enjoy working with technicians as well as with customer caregivers and you have already gained first experience here. You're drawing on your communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You are already bringing your first knowledge about common ITSM tools. An ITIL certification is desirable, but no need. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
