Be part of our dedicated Group HR Controlling / Compensation & Benefits team in a dynamic energy company. In this exciting position, you support us in the analysis and optimization of HR processes and contribute significantly to making data-based decisions in the personnel sector. You will gain valuable insights into the corporate structures and actively participate in significant compensation and reporting projects. Creation, coordination and implementation of compensation and reporting projects. Processing of data and reports and carrying out analyses and benchmarks. Preparation of presentations and decision templates. Development and implementation of new concepts and formats. Process documentation and optimization in the HR field. Close cooperation with the HR team and other relevant departments.

Your communication skills and your analytical thinking are yours. enrolled as a student:in the bachelor's or master's degree program of business administration (focus on human resources management) or a comparable degree program.
