Planning and organisation of shipments of goods within the EU and third countries Production of shipping documents and commercial invoices for domestic and foreign countries Export documentation for lorries, sea and air, in compliance with all external economic requirements Creation of documents for import shipments and import customs processing with forwarding and customs declarations Voting with authorities (IHK, customs offices, etc.) and forwardings Implementation of determinations of origin and preferences for goods and tariff classification, classification and description of products Creation of documents for export shipments and export customs processing, including ATLAS, and creation of electronic certificates of origin by IHK Portal Identification of export control-relevant input and output freights and notification of necessary messages

Completed vocational training for forwarding or industrial businesswoman with additional qualification Long-standing experience in export or shipping Very good expertise in external economic law, customs and export regulations Very good communication capability and conflictability and reliability Safe handling of export and import programs as well as MS Office Excel/Word/PP Very good German and good English skills
