In this position, you play a central role in damage management and in the care of demanding insurance cases. Own processing of damages in the field of industrial property and technical insurance Coordination of the entire damage process from recording to falling Examination of insurance cover and coverage as well as accompanying damage regulation Coordination with sales partners, insurers and internal departments Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with insurance and cooperation partners Representation of customer interests vis-à-vis insurers and assessment of damages on site if necessary

Complete training in the insurance sector, e.g. as a merchant for insurance and finance or insurance specialist Experience in the processing of insurance damage, ideally in the technical or technical insurance Safe occurrence and pronounced negotiation skills and communication strength High level of customer orientation, self-initiative and organisational ability
