Specialized support for HR Business Partners in the field of Talent Acquisition for all German Sulzer locations Own-responsible processing of talent acquisition orders from the creation of the request profile, selection of recruiting channels, implementation of candidate management, selection of candidate profiles, accompaniment of the selection decision up to the contract negotiation/design Further development of the talent Acquisition strategy incl. Expansion of recruiting channels, employer branding, university marketing, talent pipelines etc. Support and support for managers in developing their recruiting skills Ensuring, analysis and further development of the talent Acquisition Reporting Cooperation and/or management of HR projects in particular in the field of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee satisfaction, process improvements, etc.

Successfully completed studies in the field of human resources management, (economic) psychology, BWL or the like. Multiannual relevant professional experience and/or expertise in talent acquisition flowing English and German knowledge in word and writing High IT affinity and curiosity on new tools and trends in talent acquisition Communicative, open personality and structured working High self-motivation / flexibility and passion for HR topics
