SAP Application Manager (gn*) with focus on HCM Unlimited | Full-time with 38.5 hours a week | Business area IT (GBIT) | We're the UKM. As a powerful IT organization in Münsterland, the IT business unit manages more than 7,000 jobs and manages key and strategic projects. The Department of Business Systems is responsible, among other things, for the SAP application operation as well as numerous special applications, user support and further development of the systems. We use the SAP HCM environment for the area of personnel in the company with personnel billing, service planning, time management (positive/negative) and integrated organization management – best with you!

As a member of our team, you take the technical support and customizing of our SAP HCM applications, especially in the area of personnel billing. You implement requirements from the specialist areas in practical IT solutions – also in a perspective in the cloud environment. You ensure the smooth operation of the SAP HCM system – including all modules and functions – and ensure reliable system availability. You analyze, correct and document technical problems in cooperation with the specialist departments in order to ensure system stability permanently. You coordinate release management, perform updates and test new features. You implement and maintain interfaces to third-party systems and manage role and authorization management in SAP HCM. You work with interdisciplinary project and specialist teams and actively shape the further development of our IT-supported SAP processes.

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, economics or completed training with IT focus Professional experience in the SAP environment, primarily in HCM Basic knowledge in the adjacent SAP HCM components, in ABAP or experience in the SAP development environment desirable Openness for cross-comers *inside with experience in human resources management, basic knowledge in SAP HCM and interest in entering the SAP system support Structured, analytical and independent working methods as well as communication skills and team skills You do not meet the requirements completely or only in parts – do not hesitate and are happy to come to us for a first contact.
