That's what you expect: Support and participation in finance/Order to Cash (OtC), especially in the field of duty

Optimization, further development and standardization of financial processes and systems including monitoring

Active control of service providers for further performance enhancement in the area of finance incl. willingness to conduct communication at a higher level of management

Implementation of global OtC initiatives, processes and tools

Conducting complex partial cross-functional analyses and research

Creation, standardization and optimization of analyses and management reports

Takeover of OtC operating activities

Versatile handling of complex duty topics

Coordination and Priority of Duty Tasks in Billing, Chief Data and Query Handling

Ready for business trips, e.g. for decentralized project meetings

That's what distinguishes you: Complete study of business management or proof of appropriate knowledge through relevant professional experience in finance

Ability to independently structur the Daily Business and Processes

Good organization and project management skills that you can already implement and demonstrate in your professional experience

Analytical understanding in evaluating data/reports

Ability to identify risks in the operational process including This

Willingness to continue development and knowledge transfer

Safe handling of Office 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; PowerBI knowledge is beneficial

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Very good moderation and presentation skills
